Free 6 week yoga and relaxation course (just £1 per week contribution for tea/coffee required) starting Tuesday 10th September 2019 every week from 1-3pm. Class will incorporate breathing techniques, gentle yoga postures, relaxation, meditation and philosophy. Suitable for all levels and ages, including beginners and those with physical and mental health challenges. Mats and chairs provided but feel free to bring your own mat, blanket or pillow for comfort.
