Parent empower hour is a programme of support that builds on your existing skills, knowledge and expertise as a parent. Its objective is for you to feel confident in your approach to managing and supporting your family’s wellbeing. The workshops are 1 hour long and run for 8 weeks. There is some guided learning and discussions, with opportunities for parents to share and explore their own experiences.
