Age UK Cheshire provides a range of care and support services to empower and enable older people to continue to live full and active lives, to participate in community activity, and to remain in good mental and physical health for as long as possible. It is inevitable that a time may come when older people may need additional help and support to continue to live as they wish, be it at home or in a residential setting. We hope to provide that support by representing older people and making their views, wishes and needs known to health and social care, housing, leisure and educational providers. Valuing diversity, reducing inequality and ensuring all people are treated with dignity and respect are core themes of Age UK Cheshire. We wish to ensure that in all aspects of our work those people involved are representative of the local communities we serve. Age UK Cheshire is an independently registered charity but works with others, including Age UK, in the Age UK Brand Partners Group.
